Embodied Psychotherapy
In today's world we are often moving (so much so stillness is a struggle!), but how often do we fully embody the moment? A strong foundation for being whole means a strong connection to what it feels like BE IN your body and move through your world. Connecting clients to the roots of wellness begins by exploring our ability to EMBODY. Our body and mind are often viewed as separate, but they are in fact an integration and of feelings, thoughts, sensations and behaviors that create our experience of ourself in the world.
Movement
Through individual and/or group sessions, we will move and release in a nonjudgmental space to build body awareness and connection that will lead to better sense of who we are and how we move through life. Your work with Keli will focus on embracing and empowering your whole self to be able to find true health and wellness.
