For roots to thrive, we need to feed ourselves well.  Nourishing our physical and mental bodies is crucial and often times overlooked in the mental health field. We will  dive deeper into your physical health habits. How well do you sleep? How do you nourish your body? How often do you move? Do you feel a sense of community and belonging in your life? Helping you to fully connect to an integrated experience of health. 

Gut-Brain Axis
